Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We value your satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality products and services. If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: You have ten days from the delivery date to request a return. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange if ten days have passed since your purchase.

  • Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Non-returnable Items: Gift Cards are exempt from being returned.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at hotmamagearreturns@gmail.com. Please include your order number, details about the product, and the reason for the return.

  2. We will provide you with a return address and instructions on returning your item. Since we work with various suppliers, the return address may differ depending on the product.

Important: Do not return your product to the manufacturer unless instructed.

Return Shipping Costs

  • You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

  • Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card statement. Then contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at hotmamagearreturns@gmail.com

Exceptions

Please note that items returned due to buyer’s remorse (i.e., you changed your mind) are eligible for store credit only.

Customs Fees and Delays

For international orders, customs fees, duties, and delays may apply. These are the buyer's responsibility, and we cannot accept returns due to customs issues.
